Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At Casa Athletica, every piece is made to order to reduce waste and support sustainable production. Because of this, we do not hold stock - each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.
We want you to love your purchase, so please read our return and refund policy carefully before ordering.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Since all items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, fit, or change of mind. Please double-check your size, colour, and design before completing your purchase.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 Days of delivery with:
Email us at info@casaathletica.com, and our team will review your claim. Once approved, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once approved.
If your refund is approved, you'll receive an email confirmation, and the amount will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Order Cancellations
All orders are sent to production at 5pm (GMT +00:00, London). Because of this we can only cancel orders 1 hour before this (4pm - GMT +00:00, London).
After that window, the order is already in production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
5. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at info@casaathletica.com with proof of the issue.
